Add2Eat Mini Guides™

Small steps. Big impact.

The Add2Eat Mini Guides™ give you quick, practical tools to build food confidence, without restriction, overwhelm, or guilt.

Each guide focuses on one core habit, making it simple to add variety and balance into everyday life.

Why Add2Eat™ is Different

Add2Eat™ is a habit-based approach to nutrition.

It’s an "add" strategy that helps people break free from exaggerated food rules.

Whether you’re trying to eat more nutritious food without stress or working with appetite changes on GLP-1s, these courses teach you how to build lasting habits using food variety, simple prep, and your preferences. It is NOT a diet plan.

Developed by a registered nutritionist and CBT specialist, Add2Eat™ blends science with real life to help you (or your clients) create change that lasts.

❤️ Meet the Creator of Add2Eat™

Hi, I’m Caroline Bauer, BSc (Hons), Dip CBT, a registered nutritionist and CBT specialist who knows what it feels like to fight with food, to feel lost in a world of diets, and to want something more than just willpower.

I created Add2Eat™ because I believe nourishment should feel natural. After years of watching people struggle with guilt, restriction, and confusing advice, I knew we needed a new kind of support: real-life tools, not more rules.

Add2Eat™ is more than courses. It’s a habit-based, non-judgmental approach to reintroducing health into your life, one step at a time. Whether you’re starting your own journey or guiding others professionally, this is a space where food becomes safe again and healing feels possible.

I built this for you because I’ve lived it too.
